Conservatives Defending Liberty

If the left and the liberals think they have won a great victory in Arizona, they are sadly mistaken. A federal judge, Susan Bolton, appointed by Bill Clinton stayed some of the more controversial parts of the Arizona immigration law. The ACLU and the Mexican government may be happy, but the residents of the United States are not. What this has done is demonstrate clearly that Obama would rather stand with illegals and a foreign government than with this nations citizens.The judge in this case used the ACLU’s argument about racist discrimination even thought the government didn’t make that case. So tell me, based on that how impartial could this have been. Her decision was based on racial grounds not legal authority.

This ruling once again shows Americans that if this administration wants something it will govern against the will of the people. Support for the Arizona position is growing everyday, even with main stream Democrats, if such a thing exists. Over 70% of Arizona residents support this law, almost 70% nationwide support this law, yet the progressives don’t want it so being a good little boy, Obama takes his marching orders and off he goes. We have a blatant racist as an Attorney General in Eric Holder. Nine states joined Arizona in the court case, is Holder proposing suing all of them? Obama rammed health care down Americans throats, this is the same thing. One thing that is different though, this case will get its day in court and the will of the people will be heard.

This case will go to the Supreme Court no doubt but in the interim the American people will take out their frustration on liberals at the ballot box in just a short period of time. If Obama thinks he can dictate to the American people from the Oval Office he is even more clueless than I believed just 24 hours ago. Democrats are now looking at Arizona and seeing the writing on the wall. The issue for them is that they still have not figured out Obama is in this for Obama, he could careless about what happens to them. Donations to the Democratic party are down 65% this year alone, but Obama doesn’t care he is not on the ballot this year and he is counting on Americans having a short term memory.

For Americans this is just another reason to get liberals out of office as soon as possible and what is taking place with this and other things like the health care bill demonstrates to them in resounding terms, they should never be back in power again. Obama has once again turned his back on America, not a real big surprise is it?
